Army Sport

The Ulysses Trust is delighted to be supported by Army Sport which aims to ‘promote and deliver sport within the Army ensuring that participation in sport returns to being a significant element of the Army offer for both recruiting and retention and that sport is promoted to link with society in order to enhance the Army’s national reputation’.

Army Sport very kindly provides valuable help to The Ulysses Trust in providing financial assistance to enable and encourage adventurous training expeditions undertaken by Army Cadets. We are extremely grateful for their continuing support which helps us to enable all cadets, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, to access such opportunities. These challenging experiences test and develop their character and bring life-long benefits in preparing them for later life, whether they go on to join the Armed Forces or focus on civilian careers.
