Grants reached units in almost every part of the UK, as shown on the map below, displaying expeditions supported (binoculars icon), participant numbers (people icon) and grants made.

I’m setting off through the Khumbu Icefall at 0200 tonight. The plan is to stay at Camp 1 at just over 6000m in the Western Cwm tomorrow night before moving to Camp 2 at around 6400m for two nights after that. In that time I’ll spent a day climbing up the lower Lhotse Face – a long, steep and intimidating ice wall – to touch Camp 3 at 7300m. This will aid in the acclimatisation process. The next time I visit Camp 3 I will be on my way to the summit.
